9. Funds Availability

Deposits made to your account may not be immediately available for withdrawal. BeaconOne Federal follows the Federal Reserve Board’s Regulation CC for funds availability. Certain deposits may be delayed or placed on hold for security or verification purposes.

10. Unauthorized Transactions

You must report unauthorized or fraudulent activity immediately. Under the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA), your liability for unauthorized transfers is limited if reported promptly. Failure to notify us within 60 days may result in loss of protection.

We may suspend or close your account if we believe it is being used in violation of these Terms, applicable laws, or for fraudulent activity. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned according to applicable banking regulations.
